Gula Bar is its homonymous Santa Gula’s young and rebellious brother.
We are distinguished by offering original and creative tapas in an informal and rogue atmosphere.
We love the history and tradition behind the meaning of “tapear” but we have adapted it to our cooking style, where the tradition of typical tapas and ground-breaking methods used to make them will meet, as ever-changing ingredients and innovative techniques are combined.
Some of our star dishes like the squid mollete with coconut and sriracha, “a la llauna” cod croquette, Vietnamese style cow tail Bikini or leek confit with kimchee and goat cheese are already a must for many of our guests who share our love for our same favourite capital sin: Gluttony.
